1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (16 ounce) phyllo dough packet

1 cup butter(melted)
1 cp white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 5: Cut the baklava into a grid pattern using a sharp knife.

Step 6: Place the baklava in the oven for 50 minutes

Step 7: During the baking process, take some time to mix your sugar and water in a saucepan, heat over medium heat on stove. Add vanilla, honey, and lemon zest after boiling. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 8: Remove the baklava from the oven and cover with the honey mixture.
